These are my five favorites for simpler life and healthier body. I’m using them daily to see great changes for skin, hair and whole body.

Omega – 3 kapsulas / OMEGA- 3 capsule
These are great addition to my morning routine for several weeks now – 2 capsules per day, till the container is empty. Maybe I’m wrong but most of  the benefits from Omega 3 are going straight to my hair. They are much thicker, stronger and have a great shine.


Vitamīnu toniks sejai / Daily face toner

I didn’t understood the use for toner at first but after using MOSSA toner with blueberry extract I kinda get it now. First of all – it really helps to clean up your skin, second –  it hydrates without added stickiness and oiliness like regular moisturizes. It’s a clean and refreshing way to hydrate and give vitamins to your skin.

Citronūdens / Freshly made citrus water
It’s as simple as it gets. Boil water, add two slices of lemon and let it cool down or drink it hot. No added sugars, just vitamins. I can’t drink (simply don’t like it) plane water so added lemon or added flavor is the key for me to stay hydrated.


Svaigie salāti / Ready-to-eat salads

My newest addition to fridge are some previously made salads. At this moment I have cabbage, carrot and paprika salad (grated and seasoned with salt and sugar) and beets, cheddar cheese and pickled cucumbers (grated with no seasoning). They are easy to make, full of vitamins and can be great addition to regular meal.

Vaselīns / Vaseline

If You don’t have this in Your pocket right now – what are You waiting for? Vaseline is great not only for lips, but also for face, hands our dry skin in general. It’s cheap, it’s small (doesn’t take extra space in Your handbag) and lasts for a long time.

home made (nut free) energy bars

It’s my favorite snack to make at this point. Simply mix together ripe, mashed bananas, dates, oats, chia seeds and some cherries. Pop them into food processor and blend together. The consistency should be more on the dewy side. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into your pan. Place pan into into preheated oven and leave it for 20-25 minutes in 160 C.

Don’t worry if the bars seem a bit soft, they will firm up as they cool. You can eat them next day or wrap and refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks. Add some dark chocolate on top for extra flavor. Yum!
