new ingredients for smoothie and life

Last week, as a new edition to my daily smoothie ,I brought in two new ingredients – chopped linseed and oat drink. I chose oat drink instead of my usual rice drink because I wanted something new and the packaging was really pretty. Linseed I chose because of they great health benefits. They are great for skin and hair, great for metabolism and diet. Also, they make smoothie less like a light drink and more like a solid meal.
